PRODUCT INFORMATION 

A Vital chain block, or manual chain hoist, is a heavy-duty lifting device known for its durability and reliable operation in industrial settings. It is available in various load capacities, typically ranging from 0.5 tons to 20 tons.

Construction: They are built with high-strength alloy steel, with quality caged needle bearings on the load sheave and thrust bearings on the bottom hook.

Safety Features: These hoists have hardened alloy steel load chains that exceed Australian Standards with a 5:1 Safety Factor. They can also be supplied with optional overload protection.

Operation: Vital chain blocks use a triple spur geared mechanism and manual hand chain operation to lift and position loads, with a reliable brake to hold the load securely in place.
